Got a problem? Live in Alford Area? We’re here to help

Citizens Advice Bureau Westhill and District operates a outreach service in the Howe Trinity Church Centre in Alford each Tuesday morning from 10 am until 1 pm.  Completely confidential and run by well-trained volunteer advisers, the service offers advice and information on a wide range of issues affecting people in their daily lives.

The range of advice covers, but is not limited to, benefits, employment, self employment, debt, legal, consumer issues, tax processes, financial issues, travel,  housing, homelessness, tenancy, relationship, form filling, representation and benefits tribunal work.  We use up-to-date databases and have good working relationships with a number of other agencies we can approach for specialised advice.

Call our office base in Westhill Shopping Centre on 01224 747714 to make an appointment.  Alternatively, call in at the main office in Westhill on Tuesday and  Wednesday mornings or Friday afternoons.

We are currently recruiting for volunteers to train as advisers or assist with the running of the Bureau, and would welcome enquiries or applications to the Manager on 01224 747714, or email
