Do you have health issues? Are you having a problem with your medical provider?

At Citizens Advice Bureau Westhill and District we can help you with a range of health issues.

We advise you to bring the following documents with you to allow us to make the best possible assessment of the situation:

  • Copies of your complaint
  • Any letters or emails you have sent or received about the problem
  • Photographs of the problem if appropriate
  • Details of the hospital or health centres' complaint procedures

Citizens Advice Bureau Westhill and District will never ask you to provide confidential, financial or banking details by telephone or email.

We advise clients to keep copies of all correspondence and details of any communications.
